A graduate of the University of San
Diego, Brittany majored in Business with an emphasis in Real
Estate. USD partnered with Burnham – Moores to create a landmark
Real Estate Center with a mission to deliver outstanding
education, industry outreach, career placement, and research
services with such extracurricular events as “Shadow an
Executive” program, attending lectures, career expos and
conferences.
Brittany holds a California Real
Estate License as well as a Delaware Real Estate License. She is
moving towards obtaining her CCIM (Certified Commercial
Investment Member) designation, making her an expert in the
disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Brittany
is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping
Centers) and has been named a leader of ICSC – Next Generation,
a group of up and coming retail real estate professionals.
Brittany is involved locally in the Chamber of Commerce and has
been an ongoing volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Sandra is an active member (5 yrs)
of the Government Affairs Committee at SCAOR®, and is now
serving her second year in Dover for DAR on the Public Policy
Committee. She is active in Land Issues, and is co-founder and
President of the Positive Growth Alliance. She is a long
standing member of the Professional Standards Committee at SCAOR®,
participates in NAR conventions. Sandra also serves on the
National Federation of Republican Woman By Laws Committee. She serves the community as a volunteer for the
Beebe Medical Foundation, and through Rotary.
She has been
nominated for the past 3 years as REALTOR® of the Year, and
currently owns Bay Breeze Properties, LLC. She has succeeded in
obtaining CENTURION status with CENTURY 21 for four years, and
has received many top honors from that franchise over the past 8
years. Sandra has four children, three step children and is a
proud grandparent of 9. Her youngest two children are Cape
graduates. As a native Delawarean, she believes in community
service, preserving Open Space, and being a responsible
caretaker of the state she loves.
